Our mission

DentalFlow was built around a simple observation: dentists spend too much time on administrative tasks and not enough time with patients. Our mission is to give practices software that works quietly in the background — simple, reliable, and without unnecessary clicks.

What we do

DentalFlow is an all-in-one dental practice management platform. It brings together appointment scheduling with automated SMS and email reminders, digital dental charts, billing and insurance claim management, and a patient portal for self-service booking — all in a single application.

The software is a progressive web app that runs on any device without installation, optimized for chairside use. It supports single and multi-location practices and integrates with Google Calendar.

DentalFlow is designed for general dentists, orthodontists, and specialists who want modern, reliable practice management software. It is especially suited for practices moving away from paper records or legacy systems, with guided data migration support available.

Privacy & security
